This Privacy Policy explains how Perfulet, operated by 3P Solutions LLC, collects, uses, discloses, and retains information when you visit the website, create an account, place an order, save fragrances in your browser, or contact us.
Information We Collect
Depending on how you use Perfulet, we may collect identifiers and contact details such as name, email address, phone number, billing address, and shipping address; account and login information; commercial information such as products viewed, cart contents, orders, returns, refunds, and customer-service history; device, browser, security, and usage information; and messages or other information you provide to us.
Payment credentials are processed through the payment provider’s approved checkout and tokenization systems where supported. Perfulet may receive transaction identifiers, payment status, limited payment-method information, and fraud or risk signals needed to process an order.
Sources of Information
We collect information directly from you, automatically from your browser or device when the site is used, and from service providers involved in payment processing, fraud prevention, fulfillment, shipping, tax calculation, hosting, security, and analytics when those services are enabled.
How We Use Information
- to operate the storefront and provide cart, checkout, account, and Saved Fragrances features;
- to process, verify, fulfill, ship, support, return, and refund orders;
- to communicate about orders, service messages, and customer-support requests;
- to prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
- to analyze and improve storefront performance and usability when analytics is enabled;
- to comply with accounting, tax, legal, and recordkeeping obligations.
Cookies and Browser Storage
WordPress and WooCommerce may use cookies or similar browser storage for cart and session state, account login, security, checkout, and preferences. Saved Fragrances are currently stored locally in your browser and are not represented as account-synchronized server storage.
Analytics
Perfulet may use Google Site Kit / Google Analytics 4 and a first-party Perfulet Measurement Adapter for ecommerce and site-usage measurement. These tools may process device, browser, page, referrer, interaction, and ecommerce-event information. The Perfulet Measurement Adapter is designed not to send customer name, email address, phone number, street address, or postal address in its ecommerce event payloads.
At launch, Google Enhanced Conversions / gtag user-data export is disabled. Meta Pixel, remarketing, and cross-context behavioral advertising are not enabled at launch.
Sale or Sharing of Personal Information
Perfulet does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising at launch.
Service Providers
We may disclose information as reasonably necessary to service providers that support hosting, caching, security, payment processing, fraud prevention, fulfillment, carriers, tax calculation, customer support or email, and analytics when enabled. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track
Where applicable law requires recognition of a legally valid opt-out preference signal such as Global Privacy Control (GPC), Perfulet will honor that signal as required. Legacy browser Do Not Track (DNT) signals do not have a single uniform industry standard, so Perfulet does not treat DNT by itself as a separate universal opt-out mechanism unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Retention
Order, accounting, and tax records are retained for the periods required by applicable law and legitimate recordkeeping needs. Support, returns, fraud-prevention, and security information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose, subject to legal, accounting, tax, dispute, fraud-prevention, and security retention requirements. A deletion request may therefore not result in deletion of records we are legally or operationally required to retain.
Your Privacy Requests
To submit a privacy request that applies to you, including a request to access, correct, or delete personal information, email privacy@perfulet.com. We may need to verify the request before acting on it. Rights and response obligations vary by jurisdiction.
Minors
Perfulet is intended for adults age 18 or older and is not designed or marketed for children.
Security
Perfulet uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including HTTPS and access controls. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when our services, providers, legal obligations, or privacy practices materially change. The effective date above will be updated when the policy changes. Perfulet will review this policy at least annually and when material privacy practices change.
