These Terms & Conditions govern use of Perfulet and orders placed through the website. Perfulet is operated by 3P Solutions LLC.
Eligibility and Store Use
You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into a contract to use checkout or place an order. You must use Perfulet lawfully and provide accurate information at checkout.
Product Identity
The controlling product identity is the fragrance, version, concentration, size, and presentation shown on the product page and order record. Packaging and manufacturer artwork can change over time. Perfulet will not intentionally substitute a materially different fragrance version without customer-facing disclosure.
Authenticity and Brand References
Perfulet sells goods represented as authentic through approved sourcing channels. Third-party trademarks, brand names, and manufacturer assets belong to their respective owners. Perfulet does not claim brand affiliation, authorization, or endorsement unless specifically stated.
Prices, Availability, and Errors
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Perfulet may correct a clear pricing, identity, availability, or technical error before order acceptance. If an order cannot be accepted at the displayed terms, Perfulet may cancel the order and void or refund the payment as appropriate.
Order Submission and Acceptance
Submitting an order and receiving a payment authorization do not by themselves mean that Perfulet has accepted the order. Order acceptance occurs when Perfulet confirms that the order has been accepted for fulfillment after applicable payment authorization, inventory and identity verification, fraud and risk controls, shipping eligibility, and fulfillment availability checks.
If Perfulet cannot accept an order, it may cancel the order and void or refund any payment as appropriate.
Payment
Only payment methods shown at checkout are accepted. Payment-method availability may depend on device, browser, eligibility, and the payment provider.
Shipping
Shipping methods, charges, restrictions, and estimates are governed by the Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless specifically stated otherwise. At launch, shipping is limited to the contiguous 48 U.S. states and the District of Columbia as described in that policy.
Taxes
Applicable sales or use tax is calculated at checkout according to the tax configuration in effect for the order and the applicable destination.
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Returns and refunds are governed by the Returns & Refunds Policy. Direct exchanges are not offered at launch; where a return is eligible, the customer may receive a refund and place a new order.
Cancellations
Cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible. Because fulfillment processing can begin quickly, cancellation is not guaranteed once fulfillment processing has started.
Electronic Communications
By placing an order or providing contact information, you agree that Perfulet may send transaction, order, security, policy, and customer-service communications electronically to the contact information you provide, subject to applicable law. This does not by itself enroll you in promotional marketing.
Fragrance and Editorial Information
Notes, accords, performance descriptions, and editorial fragrance commentary may include subjective sensory interpretation. Perfulet distinguishes documented product facts from editorial interpretation where appropriate and does not use this section to disclaim legally required product accuracy.
Warranties and Non-Waivable Rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes, limits, or waives consumer rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded, limited, or waived. Any product or manufacturer warranty that applies is governed by its own written terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3P Solutions LLC and Perfulet will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising solely from use of the website or an order. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited, including any non-waivable consumer rights or other liability that applicable law requires to remain available.
Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without limiting any non-waivable consumer protections that apply to you. Subject to any venue rights that cannot lawfully be waived, disputes relating to these Terms or an order may be brought in the state or federal courts located in Alameda County, California.
No Mandatory Arbitration
These Terms do not require mandatory arbitration and do not include a class-action waiver.
Dispute and Notice Procedure
You may contact Perfulet through the Contact page to raise an order, policy, or service concern before filing a formal claim. This informal contact process is not a mandatory precondition where applicable law gives you the right to proceed without it.
Severability and Survival
If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law. Provisions that by their nature should continue after an order or account relationship ends, including payment obligations, intellectual-property protections, governing-law provisions, and lawful limitations of liability, survive to the extent applicable.
Changes to These Terms
Perfulet may update these Terms prospectively when business practices, services, or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when the Terms change. An order is governed by the version of the Terms presented for acceptance in connection with that order, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Intellectual Property
Perfulet’s original copy, design, and editorial material are protected as applicable. Third-party trademarks and brand assets remain the property of their respective owners.
