Shipping Area
At launch, Perfulet ships fragrance orders to deliverable street addresses in the contiguous 48 U.S. states and the District of Columbia.
Shipping is not currently available to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, P.O. Boxes, international destinations, or express/air destinations at launch.
Standard Shipping
- $7.95 Standard Shipping for merchandise subtotal below $89.
- Free Standard Shipping for merchandise subtotal of $89 or more.
The free-shipping threshold is calculated after discounts and before tax. If an order qualifies for free shipping, the paid Standard Shipping option is not shown.
Delivery Estimates
Standard delivery typically arrives within 3–8 business days after order acceptance. Delivery dates are estimates and may vary based on payment authorization, inventory verification, fulfillment location, carrier conditions, weather, and other factors outside Perfulet’s control.
Tracking information is provided when available. Carrier selection may vary by order.
Fragrance Shipping Restrictions
Fragrance may be regulated for transportation because it can contain alcohol or other flammable ingredients. Perfulet may use or require ground transportation and does not offer express or air shipping at launch.
Split Shipments
An order may be shipped in more than one package when needed for fulfillment. Separate tracking may be provided. A customer will not be charged an additional shipping fee solely because Perfulet splits an otherwise eligible order after checkout.
Addresses
Please provide a complete, deliverable physical street address. P.O. Box addresses are not supported at launch. Address corrections, refusals, or undeliverable-package costs may be charged where permitted by applicable law and where the cost is attributable to the delivery issue.
Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Shipments
Please contact Perfulet promptly through the Contact page if an order is lost, damaged, incomplete, or incorrect. Damage, missing-item, or wrong-item concerns should be reported within 5 calendar days of delivery whenever possible so the issue can be investigated promptly.
The 5-day request is a claims-handling target and does not waive or reduce any non-waivable rights or remedies available under applicable law.
